Hello Coredump Community,
I would like to share a project we are working on at ZenaDrone, focused on combining autonomous drones with artificial intelligence for industrial and security applications.
What is ZenaDrone AI?
ZenaDrone develops autonomous drone systems designed to perform tasks such as:
- Automated aerial inspections
- Infrastructure monitoring
- Security surveillance
- Asset tracking
- Data collection and analysis
The goal is to reduce manual effort while improving efficiency and situational awareness.
AI Capabilities
Some of the AI-related features we are exploring include:
- Computer vision for object detection
- Real-time video analytics
- Autonomous navigation and route planning
- Obstacle avoidance
- Edge AI processing on embedded hardware
- Automated anomaly detection
Technical Stack
Current areas of development include:
- Embedded Linux systems
- Computer vision frameworks
- AI/ML inference on edge devices
- Telemetry and sensor fusion
- Autonomous flight control integration
Discussion
I am interested in hearing feedback from the community:
- What AI frameworks have you used for edge-based computer vision?
- Has anyone experimented with autonomous drone navigation in industrial environments?
- Any recommendations for improving reliability in outdoor deployments?
For those interested in learning more about the project and its ongoing development, additional information can be found at ZenaDrone Looking forward to your thoughts and experiences.
Thanks!
